GapLens is a professional document-review and navigation-support service. DRP reviews an agreed set of disability-service plans, notices, assessments, or related records and produces a written report identifying gaps, inconsistencies, missing context, unanswered questions, and areas needing attention, along with practical next steps.

Disability Resource Partners LLC is not a law firm, healthcare provider, insurer, government agency, or emergency service, and is not affiliated with any government program.

GapLens is not legal advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or representation. It is not a guarantee of eligibility, coverage, approval, funding, services, an appeal result, or any other outcome.

The records included in a review are defined in a written service agreement provided before payment. The GapLens Secure Pilot carries a $250 one-time pilot fee for the scope described in that agreement. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Work outside the agreed scope requires a new agreement. The $250 fee is the inaugural pilot fee; future availability, scope, deliverables, and pricing may change after the pilot.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete records within the agreed scope, and for all decisions about how to use the report. A review can only reflect the records DRP actually receives.

No attorney-client, clinician-patient, or fiduciary relationship is created by using this site or the GapLens service.

This service is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency services.

Do not use this site to submit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or submit records you do not have the right to share.

The site, the DRP and GapLens names and marks, and DRP’s review methods, templates, and report formats belong to Disability Resource Partners LLC. Clients keep ownership of their own records and receive their report for their own personal or professional use in their own matter.

The site and service are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, DRP’s total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and DRP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. DRP may update these terms as the service develops, and the effective date above shows the current version.
