Refund and cancellation

GapLens is a customized professional review service. A client may cancel by emailing Contact@disabilityresourcepartners.org before DRP begins the agreed review work and receive a full refund. Once DRP has begun the review, the payment is generally nonrefundable because professional time has been reserved and performed. If DRP cannot complete the agreed service, DRP will refund the amount paid for work not performed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial-institution processing times may vary. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

The GapLens Secure Pilot is billed as a single $250 one-time pilot fee. There is no subscription, no membership, and no automatic renewal, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Future availability, scope, deliverables, and pricing may change after the pilot.

DRP does not ship physical products. There are no physical returns or exchanges. GapLens is delivered as a written review report.
