How GapLens works

GapLens moves one step at a time. You will know what DRP agreed to review, what it will cost, and what happens next before the review begins.

  1. Ask for a review

When pilot spots are open, you can ask DRP to review a specific issue. Joining the interest list only tells you when spots open. It does not start a review.

  2. Confirm the review

DRP looks at your request to make sure GapLens is a good fit. If we can take it, we confirm what we will review and the cost in writing. You decide whether to move forward.

  3. Send records securely

If you move forward, DRP gives you a secure way to send the records we agreed to review. Do not send records by regular email. If something is missing, we may ask for it.

  4. DRP reviews the records

A DRP human reviewer examines the records for gaps, inconsistencies, missing information, and unanswered questions. Technology may help organize or analyze the information, but a human reviewer checks every finding before it is final.

  5. Get your written findings

You receive a written GapLens Review explaining what we found, what may be missing or unclear, and what to look at or ask about next. If follow-up is part of your service, DRP will tell you when that check-in will happen.
